Przemyslaw Rozalski

Przemyslaw Rozalski is a seasoned Senior Recruiter with extensive experience in the recruitment lifecycle across multiple markets, including Poland, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, currently employed at Better Energy since December 2022. Prior to this role, Przemyslaw served as the Business & Recruitment Team Leader in the Outsourcing Division at Devire, overseeing team management, budget setting, and recruitment for mid to senior-level positions. Early career stages included various roles in recruitment consultancy, where Przemyslaw specialized in HR, administration, sales, and marketing talents. Additional experience includes on-site recruitment at Elanco, where Przemyslaw contributed to building a new Solution Center in Warsaw. Przemyslaw holds a Magister degree from the University of Warsaw, obtained in 2017.
