Heather McCarter

Heather McCarter serves as the Director of Field Marketing at Better Health Group since February 2023. Previously, from June 2012 to February 2023, Heather held various leadership roles at Kindred Healthcare, including Area Director of Sales and Marketing for the Tampa/St. Pete region, Director of Managed Care Relations for Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and Clinical Liaison. Earlier in their career, Heather was the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Clearchoice Healthcare from October 2008 to October 2011, where responsibilities included marketing to physicians and hospital social workers to enhance referral sources for the company's services.
