Alejandro Alvarez S has held a variety of roles within the marketing and creative industries since 2000. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Venevision as a Senior Web Designer and Senior Graphic Designer. From 2007 to 2016, they were the Vice President of Digital Creative, Director, and Director of Digital Creative at ARS DDB. In 2016, they became the Director of Creative Development at Blue Ocean Hub, where they were in charge of the creative team and developed marketing strategies for brands represented by the company. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Chief Marketing Officer and Founder at Conversion Moe. In 2021, they began working as the Associate Marketing Director at Better Not Younger.

Alejandro Alvarez S obtained their Lic. en Administración de Empresas de Diseño from Universidad Nueva Esparta between 1996 and 2002. Alejandro also obtained their Bachiller en Ciencias from Colegio San José, Maristas, Maracay, Edo. Aragua between 1987 and 1995.
