Carolina Guedez Mozur has worked in a variety of finance and HR roles since 2005. Carolina began their career at Procter & Gamble in 2005, where they held various roles such as North America Feminine and Baby Care Cost & Supply Chain Sr. Finance Manager, Global Feminine Care Cost & Supply Chain Sr. Finance Manager, LATAM Competitive Intelligence and Strategic Planning Sr. Finance Manager, Andean Transfer Pricing Finance Manager, LATAM Feminine Care Senior Researcher, and LATAM Feminine Care Product Researcher. In 2017, they were promoted to Global Pensions Finance Director at Procter & Gamble. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Finance and HR at Better Not Younger.
