Chase Murdock

Chase Murdock is the current VP of Sales at Better Place Forests. Chase has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on sales and trading.

Murdock started their career as a Senior Analyst at Citco Fund Services. Chase then moved to Basso Capital as a Jr. Trader/Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and developing relative and absolute value trade ideas in the OTC market. Chase also worked with the senior trader to implement trades in CDS, CDS Options, Synthetic CDOs, ABS, bonds and equities.

In 2009, Murdock joined Arcadia Asset Management as Vice President. In this role, they developed and traded fundamental-based strategies in the livestock and grain derivative markets. Chase also ran a hedged physical hog feeding program.

Most recently, Murdock has been with Better Place Forests as VP of Sales. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales team and developing new business opportunities.

Chase Murdock is a mechanical engineer who graduated from Princeton University.

Chase Murdock reports to John Collins, CEO. Chase Murdock works with Nandi Chhabra - VP, Legal & Public Affairs, Ankur Jain - CFO, and Ineke van Waardenburg - VP, Community Experience.
