Frank Karbe

Frank Karbe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and financial management within the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently, Frank serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Better Therapeutics and a Board Member at Phathom Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Frank held the positions of President and Chief Financial Officer at Myovant Sciences, and Board Member roles at Aduro Biotech, Arbutus Biopharma Corporation, and Kolltan Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included chairing audit committees. Additionally, Frank was the President of Bigsley Event House, overseeing a global mass participation events platform. Earlier in their career, Frank served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Exelixis, worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and began their professional journey as a business analyst at Shell. Frank holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Business and Economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
