Klime Grceski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Klime has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their proficiency in software engineering and management.

Starting in 2005, Klime worked as a Freelance Web Developer, providing web development services to clients. Klime implemented forums, created custom software solutions, and maintained websites.

In 2008, they became a College Lecturer at the European University in Macedonia, teaching Internet Technology to students. Klime developed engaging lectures, designed course materials, and mentored students in their academic and career paths.

Klime then gained experience as a Software Engineer at ICT-Bridge, where they worked on outsourced software development projects. Klime collaborated with project managers and other engineers, participated in the full software development lifecycle, and contributed to code reviews and troubleshooting.

Moving on, Klime worked as a Software Engineer at Viaflor and Vianen Flowers, where they developed and maintained websites and custom internal software solutions. Klime collaborated with stakeholders, ensured seamless user experiences, and adapted to various project requirements and technologies.

At 4Ward, Klime was a contract Software Engineer, playing a major role in building custom-made e-commerce platforms for companies in Macedonia. Klime developed and maintained the platform, collaborated with the development team, and provided ongoing support and updates.

Klime's roles at Ritzy, Inc. and BetterBot demonstrate their leadership and managerial abilities. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Ritzy, they played a pivotal role in building the first version of the food ordering platform. Klime collaborated with product managers, developed software components, and ensured code quality. At BetterBot, Klime held the positions of Software Engineering Manager and Head of Engineering, where they led the expansion of the engineering team, contributed to product development, and integrated advanced technologies into the platform.

Lastly, at BuilderMind, Klime held roles as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Klime led and managed a team of software engineers, collaborated with clients, developed and optimized software components, and mentored junior team members.

Throughout their work experience, Klime showcased proficiency in various programming languages, frameworks, and web technologies. Klime has strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to new technologies and project requirements.
