Nobie Ann Saenz (BetterBot)

Nobie Ann Saenz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Assistant Community Director at CNC Investments for two years. Nobie Ann then moved on to become a Regional Manager at MBS Management from 2005 to 2007. In 2009, Saenz joined The Lynd Company as a 4 Star Manager, where they excelled in revenue management and occupancy improvement. Nobie Ann continued to grow professionally and joined SunTerra Landscape in 2011 as a Business Development Manager, where they played a key role in expanding the company's customer base. Saenz then transitioned to Apartments.com in 2013 and held the position of Advertising Account Executive for five years, providing excellent customer service and achieving outstanding survey scores. In the same year, they also started working at CoStar Group as an Advertising Account Executive at Apts.com, where they received awards and nominations for their performance. In 2019, Saenz joined OYO USA as a part of their US Market Launch Team in the role of Regional Business Development & Sales Engagement Manager/Trainer, contributing to the expansion of the company's presence in several states. Prior to their current role, Saenz worked at Zumper as a Regional Account Executive, promoting frictionless and streamlined renting for users. Currently, they are serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at BetterBot.

Nobie Ann Saenz pursued their education at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they focused on a major in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Additionally, they obtained a minor in Marketing. Moreover, they have also acquired a certification in "Mastering Authentic Influence for Highly Successful Sales" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
