Jared Madrazo

Jared Madrazo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Platoon Leader in the US Army, leading a 38-man infantry platoon and implementing accountability procedures for over $11 million worth of equipment. Jared later served as a Battalion Assistant Engineer and Human Resources Officer, overseeing operations, logistics, and budgets.

In 2013, Jared began working for Peyton Resource Group as a Recruiter before joining the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Project Manager. In this role, they successfully managed projects valued at $750,000 and oversaw facilities and maintenance for multiple buildings.

Jared then transitioned to the private sector, becoming the Owner & Chief Operating Member for Business Development at Spoon It! Froyo & More, a frozen dessert hub. Jared was responsible for lease agreements, hiring employees, and managing administrative functions.

Jared continued to expand their skill set by taking on roles as a People Operations Manager at Blueprint Technologies, a High School Teacher at Athens Christian Preparatory Academy, and an Elementary School Teacher at Cedar Park Christian School.
