Todd Hicks

Todd Hicks has diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Todd currently holds the position of Principal Test Engineer at BetterCloud since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Test Automation Engineer at OneStudyTeam and Reify Health in 2022. Todd also has a long-term association with IBM, where they started as an Advisory Software Engineer in July 2005 and later worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer intern. In their role at IBM, Todd was involved in various responsibilities such as maintaining automation scripts, developing test applications, executing manual test cases, performing system installations, and creating automated test frameworks.

Todd Hicks has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Winona State University and an Associate's Degree in Digital Arts from Rochester Community and Technical College.
