Leonardo Lima

Leonardo Lima has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on strategic planning and reputation crisis management. Leonardo is currently the Brazil Country Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Betterfly.

Previously, Leonardo was the Chief Marketing Officer at Samsung Electronics, where they were responsible for the marketing strategy for all product categories in Chile. Leonardo also spent 10 years at Unilever as the Global Brand Development Manager, where they developed marketing plans and oversaw the brand reputation.

In their current role at Betterfly, Leonardo is focused on bringing the company to a higher level of consumer engagement in Brazil. Leonardo is also responsible for developing the marketing strategy, business model, and innovation pipeline.
