Milagros Anaut

Milagros Anaut has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Milagros recently held the role of Head of People & Culture at Betterfly since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Strategy Leader at Betterfly from February 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Betterfly, Milagros worked at Natura &Co as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from August 2020 to January 2022. Milagros also had multiple roles within Natura, including HR Business Partner from September 2019 to August 2020 and from March 2016 to September 2019. In addition, they worked as an HR Analyst in different areas within Natura, such as Support and Operations Argentina from October 2014 to March 2016 and Business Areas Ois from July 2013 to October 2014.

Milagros started their career as a Junior HR Analyst at CIO Consultoría Integral Operativa in February 2010 and worked there until July 2013.

Milagros Anaut attended Universidad del Salvador from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Licenciatura en Administración de RRHH (Human Resources Administration). In 2021, they enrolled in Escuela de Formación de Líderes to pursue a degree in Coach Ontológico (Ontological Coaching).
