Amey Joshi

Amey Joshi is the current Vice President of Human Resources at PharmEasy. Previously, they worked as a Senior Manager at SUN PHARMA from July 2017 to March 2019, HR at Xerox from March 2016 to July 2017, and Manager at EXL from May 2014 to March 2016.

Joshi began their career as a Campus Strategist at MyNewsStudio in October 2013. As the only student selected from their senior batch at XLRI, they served as a liaison between the company and the university. Amey was responsible for awareness building activities for MyNewsStudio on campus.

In April 2013, Joshi interned at ITC Limited. Her project focused on employee engagement for factory workers. Amey studied the factors responsible for employee engagement and developed a comprehensive framework of employee engagement processes. Based on their findings, they made recommendations to improve the overall employee engagement levels amongst employees.

Prior to their corporate career, Joshi was a Senior Executive Member of the Academic Committee at XLRI Jamshedpur from July 2012 to March 2014. Amey also worked as an Engineer at Engineers India Limited (EIL) from July 2010 to June 2012.

Amey Joshi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from XLRI Jamshedpur in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. Amey also holds a XII std. Board Exam (HSCE) from Sri Shivaji Science College, Congressnagar in Science and an AISSE from Modern School Nagpur.

Amey Joshi reports to Dharmil Sheth, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Ram Cv - CFO, Santosh Pawar - VP, Engineering, and Akarsh Bharadwaj - VP, Strategy.
