Paula Urrutia Mendoza

Paula Urrutia Mendoza has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Ejecutiva Comercial Banca PYME at Banco de Chile, where they focused on maximizing profitability and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.

In 2017, Paula joined ITELSERVICE as a Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing commercial processes and developing strategies for post-sales and prospecting in new markets.

Moving on to Apiux Tecnología in 2018, Paula took on the role of KAM IT - Financial Division, managing a portfolio of projects and clients in the banking industry. Paula also provided guidance in team formation for the development area.

In 2019, Paula joined LHH as a Senior Consultant in Information Technology, specializing in headhunting, selection, and evaluation of executives in the technology industry. Later, they became a Consultant in the same field.

Most recently, Paula has been working at Betterfly, starting as a Global Talent Acquisition Leader and eventually becoming the Head of Talent Acquisition & Business Partner. In this position, they led the talent acquisition and people strategy team, collaborated with leaders to redesign team structures, and implemented internal mobility and professional development programs.

Paula Urrutia Mendoza attended Universidad Andres Bello from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Ingeniero Comercial with a specialization in Marketing. In 2015 to 2016, they enrolled in English Language Company for a general intensive English course related to business. Finally, in 2021 to 2022, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in Formación y Certificación en Coaching Ejecutivo at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, focusing on Psychology.
