Virginia Vairo

Virginia Vairo is currently the Diretora de pessoas e cultura e desenvolvimento global at Betterfly. Prior to this, Virginia served as the Head of People and Culture Brasil at Betterfly. With previous experience at Osklen/Alpargatas as the Head of people Osklen and People Manager, Virginia also held the position of Coordenadora de RH at the same company. Virginia also worked as the Gerente de RH at Folic/Checklist. In terms of education, Virginia received a Pos MBA in Liderança trandsInovation from Ecossistema Inova, a Master of Business Administration in Gestão e Recursos Humanos from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and postgraduate studies in psychoanalysis from Universidad de Buenos Aires and Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
