Sara Mich

Sara Mich has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Sara currently works as an Educational Consultant at BetterLesson. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at AtentaMente Consultores A.C., where they were responsible for increasing grant funding and leading change management initiatives. Before that, Sara served as a Director of Academics at Collegiate Baton Rouge, where they co-founded a high school and achieved significant growth in the first year. Sara also held positions as a School Leader Fellow and Eleventh Grade Dean at the same institution.

Sara has also been involved in public policy and education initiatives. Sara served as a Fellowship Regional Director and Policy Fellow at The Urban Leaders Fellowship, where they secured placements for fellows, raised local funding, and led public policy projects. Sara also worked as an 11th Grade AP Teacher and Curriculum Writer at Teach For America, where they significantly improved student pass rates.
