Donna Milofsky, PCC, CPCC has a long history of work experience in executive leadership coaching, organization development, and team performance. Donna Milofsky, began their career in 2009 as a Career Transition Consultant with Right Management. In 2010, they joined Ascend Consulting as a Business Solutions Facilitator and Northeast Health Systems Inc. as Director of the Emerging Leader Development Program. In 2011, they became a Guest Lecturer at Suffolk University Graduate School and was certified as a Professional Certified Coach and Mentor Coach - PCC, CPCC with the International Coach Federation. In 2013, they co-founded Volare Youth Leadership, a 501c3 non-profit organization that empowers emerging leaders. In 2014, they joined Volare Leadership International, LLC as an Executive Leadership Coach, Co-Managing Partner, and Leadership and Team Performance - Coach, Consultant, Partner. In 2017, they became a Senior Executive Leadership Coach with Orbis Inc. and in 2019, they joined BetterManager as an Organizational Leadership Coach.

Donna Milofsky, attended Boston University from 1982 to 1986, and then obtained their Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University from 2016 to 2021. In 2009 and 2010, they obtained their CPCC - Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute, and in 2013 they completed The Co-Active Leadership Program, CTI. In 2010, they obtained their Certified in Advanced Leadership technology and 360 Feedback from The Leadership Circle. Donna Milofsky, also obtained certifications in MBTI. Certified. in 1996, Strong Interest Inventory. Certified. in 1998, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) International Coaching Federation in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Wiley Workplace Learning, BetterManager, Type Coach, LLC, Wiley, Coaches Training Institute (CTI), International Coach Federation, GS Consultants, and ASSOCIATION FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL TYPE.
