Nitish Gautam

Nitish Gautam began their work experience in 2014 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where they were responsible for general electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring safety guidelines were followed. In 2016, they became a member of NiCHE- The Marketing Club of IMNU. In 2018, Nitish joined Infosys as an Associate Consultant, later transitioning to roles as Lead and Senior Lead in Experience Design. In 2022, they joined BetterPlace as a Design Lead.

Nitish Gautam has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from Marwadi University between 2011 and 2015.
