Meredith Houston-Speece

Meredith Houston-Speece is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and commercial law. Currently serving as VP of Legal & Privacy at BetterUp since January 2019, Meredith previously held the roles of Data Protection Officer and Commercial Counsel at Mixpanel from April 2016 to December 2018, where a focus was placed on balancing data privacy with commercial needs. Earlier positions include Chief Legal Counsel at Manage.com and Assistant General Counsel at ZapLabs (formerly ZipRealty, Inc.), as well as Associate at Pierce & Associates, specializing in mortgage banking and regulatory litigation. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from St. Ambrose University.
