Adreon Morgan's work experience began in 2014 as an Outdoor Educator at Wilderness Inquiry. In 2017, they became a Student Teacher at Columbia Heights Public Schools and later served as an Assistant Nordic Skiing Coach at Henry Sibley High School. In 2018, Adreon worked as a Student Teacher at Independent School District 196, where they designed and implemented lesson plans, utilized differentiated instruction techniques, and participated in the IEP team process. They then worked as a Substitute Teacher at Independent School District 197 from 2016 to 2018. Adreon went on to become a High School Social Studies Teacher at Columbia Heights Public Schools from 2018 to 2019, followed by a similar role at Henry Sibley High School from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Social Studies Teacher at Woodbury Senior High School. From 2021 to 2022, Adreon served as a Sales Administrator at Restoration Builders Inc. Currently, they are the Customer Success Manager at BetterYou, where they assist individuals in achieving their goals.
Adreon Morgan's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Henry Sibley High School in 2009. They then went on to attend the University of Iowa from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Adreon pursued a master's degree at the University of Minnesota from 2017 to 2018. They obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a focus on Social Studies Teacher Education.
In addition to their academic achievements, Adreon Morgan has obtained various certifications. They have certifications in SCUBA diving, including being a Master SCUBA Diver, a Rescue SCUBA Diver, and an Advanced Open Water SCUBA Diver. They have also obtained certifications in different SCUBA specialties such as Night Diving, Underwater Navigation, Nitrox Diving, Boat Diving, and Drift Diving. Adreon has also received certifications in Wilderness Water Safety from Dave Golden and Wilderness First Aid from the NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI). Furthermore, they hold certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid from the American Heart Association.
