Romy Waijboer

Romy Waijboer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at Betty Blocks since June 2019, with previous roles there including HR Advisor, HR-medewerker, and HR Officer. Prior to this, Romy worked as an HR Specialist at ThePhoneLab and as a Recruiter at CatchYourTalent - Het Instituut voor Sales Talent. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Trainee position at The Dylan Amsterdam, a Searcher role at DPA Professionals, and various front office positions in hospitality, including Front Office employee at blooming hotel and Waitress at multiple establishments. Romy holds a degree in Business Studies from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has completed coursework in Fasttrack Hospitality Management at Friesland College, alongside prior education at Stenden and HAVO Jan Arentsz.
