Alex Bowman

Alex Bowman is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Betty Lou's Inc. since July 2017, Bowman oversees new business projects from initial contact through production. Previously held roles include Food Scientist at Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc., where project feasibility was ensured through collaborative efforts across multiple departments, and Senior Product Developer at Starbucks, focusing on new product creation and reformulation. Experience also includes formulating and reverse-engineering products at Betty Lou's Inc. and a chemistry internship at E&J Gallo Winery. Alex Bowman holds a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University.
