Keegan Varella has an extensive work experience in various finance and operations roles. Keegan is currently the Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations at BEworks, where they oversee financial operations, develops financial policies, and drives business growth. Prior to this, they worked at ORIGIN as the Vice President of Operations, leading performance projections and process improvement plans. Keegan also worked at Turner & Townsend as a Senior Management Consultant, managing asset management transformation projects. Additionally, they have experience as the Director of Strategic Planning & Development at Manateq Economic Zones Company, and as a Senior Manager Finance & Strategy at Dubai Asset Management. Keegan began their career at Capital Street Partners, where they held various roles including Associate and Financial Analyst, working on M&A transactions and strategic alliances. Keegan holds an MBA, an MSc. in Finance, and certifications as a CPA, CMA, and MRICS.

Keegan Varella holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wales, which was obtained from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Keegan has an MSc in Finance and Investments from Cranfield School of Management, completed in 2012. Before these degrees, Keegan earned a Bachelor of Business Management in Business Administration and Management from Garden City University from 2003 to 2006. Keegan Varella has obtained several certifications, including the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2022, The IAM Certificate from The Institute of Asset Management in 2020, the Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) from RICS in 2020, and CPA Ontario from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2020. Furthermore, Keegan has completed the Leadership Connections in the Workplace program from Humber College in 2019 and the FourSight Innovation Mindset and Creative Problem Solving Workshop from FourSight in the same year. Additionally, Keegan holds the ACMA & CGMA designation from CIMA, achieved in 2014, and has completed the Commodity Essentials, Equity, Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange program from Bloomberg in 2011.
