Mickey Menirom

Head Of UX Design at Beyeonics Surgical

Mickey Menirom has amassed a diverse range of work experience over the years. Mickey currently serves as the Head of UX & Design at BEYEONICS. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, they held multiple roles at ReWalk Robotics, including UX Manager, Design Manager, and Product Manager. At ReWalk Robotics, they oversaw user research, product requirements definition, and the development of UX concepts and workflows. Alongside their work at ReWalk Robotics, Mickey served as a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University, focusing on the research and user testing of assistive robotic exo-suit technology for stroke patients. Mickey also served as a Design Team Leader and Senior Industrial Designer at Stanley Black & Decker, where they managed design teams, developed product strategies, and received recognition for their work, including the 2016 Red Dot Product Design Award and the invention of several patents. Prior to their time at Stanley Black & Decker, Mickey worked as a Senior Industrial Designer at Tamooz c.s., leading and participating in design projects across various industries. Mickey also served as a Lecturer at the Avni Institute of Art & Design in 2010.

Mickey Menirom completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design at HIT - Holon Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science in Design Management and Human Factors Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they successfully completed in 2009.
