Elaine Watts FCCA, MBA, Dip IoD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Elaine currently holds the position of Global Controller and Finance Director for Beyond Air® in Ireland, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director for Ireland at Beyond Air®, starting in April 2023.

Before joining Beyond Air®, Elaine worked at Web Summit as a Financial Controller from March 2020 until October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for establishing a 5-day month close process and cash flow management policies. Elaine also liaised with Enterprise Ireland for grant funding and collaborated with the executive team to determine accounting and taxation requirements for global expansion.

From 2016 to 2019, Elaine served as the Senior Finance Director at GameStop Europe Services Limited, where they played a key role in financial operations. Prior to this, they worked at GameStop as the Finance Director for Northern Europe from July 2013 to March 2016. In this position, they prepared GAAP financials, generated financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors, and managed quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.

Elaine's earlier experience includes roles at Dunnes Stores, where they served as the Head of Consolidation Accounting from April 2011 to June 2013, and as the Head of Food Finance from September 2008 to April 2011. Elaine also worked at ALDI Stores as the Finance & Administration Director from June 2000 to August 2008.
