Deborah Beltrame-Ross

Deborah Beltrame-Ross has extensive work experience in the field of organizational development and professional development. Deborah currently holds the position of Senior Manager Organisational Development at Journey Beyond since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Organisational Development Manager at Beyond Bank Australia from January 2012 onwards. Before joining Beyond Bank Australia, they served as a Professional Development Advisor at Origin Energy from June 2009 to December 2011. In the preceding years, Deborah worked as the Learning and Development Manager at CMV Group from July 2007 to June 2009. Deborah also held positions as the Training Manager at Workstar from 2006 to 2007 and at Integrated Training from 2003 to 2006.

Deborah Beltrame-Ross holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching from the University of South Australia. In 2016, they obtained a Herman Brain Dominance Instrument from Herrmann Brain Dominance. In 2012, they completed a course in Neuro-Linguistic Programming at the NLP Training Centre. Additionally, in 2010 and 2011, they earned a certification as a Human Synergistic Practitioner from Human Synergistic.
