Susan Pepper has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, starting with Ford Motor Company in 1992. Susan began their career as a Customer Service Representative, then progressed to Zone Manager, Owner's Literature Coordinator, New Product Development/Product Manager, Product Manager, and Manager of Ford Credit American Road Claim Center. In 2003, they became Global Advertising Operations Manager, Manager of Corporate Alliances Marketing Programs and Conference & Event Center, Manager of Corporate Alliances Marketing Programs, and Manager of President's Circle of Dealers. From 2003 to 2022, they held the role of Global CX Customer-Centricity Manager and Global Customer Experience (CX) Launch Manager on the CX Strategy Team, and Manager of Global Marketing, Sales, and Service Learning & Development. In 2022, they were appointed Senior Director of Operations at Beyond Basics.

Susan Pepper completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Michigan State University between 1986 and 1990. Susan then attended Wayne State University between 1995 and 1996, studying Organizational Communication, General. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Future of StoryTelling, Forrester, and IDEO, including Storytelling in the Digital Age (July 2020), Forrester CX Pro - Level 2 - Management (March 2020), Forrester CX Pro - Foundations (December 2018), and IDEO Design Thinking (July 2018).
