Adam Hertel

Adam Hertel is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer at Rudi's Rocky Mountain Bakery, overseeing wholesale and DSD sales divisions. With previous experience as the President & Founder of Summit Sales Consulting, Adam specializes in advising CPG brands on strategic planning and growth guidance. Adam also serves as a Board Member at Naturally San Diego, where Adam leads sales forums to foster the growth of emerging natural products brands. Adam's extensive background includes roles such as Vice President of Omnichannel at Organifi and Senior Vice President of Sales at ITO EN (North America) INC. Adam holds a Master of Science in City Planning from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
