Maria Sousa is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition, specializing in IT and engineering profiles. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Beyond Gravity since June 2024, Maria has been instrumental in establishing a Tech Hub in Portugal and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Previously, Maria held roles as a Talent Acquisition Expert and Specialist at Bosch Portugal, where responsibilities included process analysis, improving recruitment techniques, and supporting hiring managers.
