Anaëlle Kauffmann

Anaëlle Kauffmann has a strong background in finance and data analysis. Anaëlle is currently working as the Head of Data Analysts Team and Data Solutions Delivery Manager at Thales Alenia Space. In this role, they lead a team of 10 Data Analysts, oversees the coordination of Data Solutions projects, and ensures the implementation of budgeting and forecasting plans. Anaëlle also plays a role in the Data Office, where they work directly with the Chief Data Officer to structure the data office, track data value, and contribute to data governance.

Prior to their current position, Anaëlle worked at Amadeus as the Head of Performance and Financial Planning and Governance. Anaëlle managed a team of 20 people globally and was responsible for financial planning, budget construction, resources monitoring, and conducting monthly financial reviews with top management. Anaëlle also led special cost containment plans during the COVID-19 crisis.

Before joining Amadeus, Anaëlle worked as the Head of Financial Planning Analysis and Monitoring at Amadeus, where they managed a team of 5 resources and led a cost efficiency program. Prior to that, they held various roles at Texas Instruments, including Business Operations Manager and Head of Supply Chain and Business Planning.

Anaëlle began their career with internships at ALCATEL SPACE/THALES, where they gained experience in the field. Anaëlle holds extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and team management.

From 1997 to 2002, Anaëlle Kauffmann attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they pursued an Engineering School degree in Industrial Engineering.
