Sylvia Mak

Sylvia Mak has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, holding various sales and management roles in reputable hotels and resorts. Sylvia began their career at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong as a Sales Manager for corporate clients. Sylvia then joined Wynn Macau as a Senior Sales Manager before moving on to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as a Sales Manager. At The Peninsula Hotels, they served as the Associate Director of Sales - MICE and later became the Director of Corporate Sales. Sylvia joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Global Sales and eventually became the Senior Director of Global Sales & Account Management - Hong Kong & Taiwan. Currently, they are the Director of Global Sales at Beyond Green, where they are responsible for business development in Hong Kong & Taiwan.

Sylvia Mak holds a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Business Administration & Management from De Montfort University.
