Ozay has extensive experience in strategic research and consulting, and has developed new ideas for tech, financial services, and manufacturing industries. Onur has also regularly published new thoughtware and predictive analysis based on converging trends.

At Deloitte, Ozay led teams of consultants on various projects, managed client relationships, and represented the company in community activities. Some of their key clients included Aon Insurance, Bank of America, American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Soitec, NOAA, Deloitte India, Soitec, Pfizer, and Wheeling RED.

Onur Ozay's educational career includes an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, an MBA Exchange in Corporate Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master of Urban Planning in Urban Economic Development from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B. Arch in Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

Onur Ozay reports to Madhu Chamarty, CEO and Co-Founder. They work with Lauren Wallace - Manager of Customer Success and Sales, Kento Noguchi - Principal Software Engineer, and Rajeev Thakur - Head of Growth and Client Strategy.
