Mario Portugal is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Beyond Limits. Prior to this, they were with The Walt Disney Company as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Technology from May 2016 to November 2017. Mario has also worked with NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory as Manager, HR and Talent Acquisition from March 2013 to April 2016; Capgemini U.S., LLC as Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition and HR from August 2010 to March 2013; Paramount Pictures as Associate, Worldwide Compliance from May 2009 to July 2010; University of Southern California as Project Management Assistant from June 2008 to May 2009; and The Corky McMillin Companies as Marketing Associate from July 2004 to August 2007.

Mario Portugal has a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, and organizational development from the University of Southern California. Mario also has certification from HRCI in Professional in Human Resources and SHRM in SHRM-CP and SHRM California Law HR Speciality. Additionally, they are certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and by AIRS as a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).

Mario Portugal reports to AJ Abdallat, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Yonatan Hagos - Chief Product Officer, David Liu - EVP, Global Channels/Partnerships & Executive Chairman, APAC, and Don Howren - Altec President & COO.
