Bruce Graham

Director of Operations at Beyond Lucid Technologies, Inc.

Bruce Graham has over 30 years of experience in the medical and business industries. Bruce began their career in 1989 as a Controller for HUEBCORE Communications Inc., where they developed a relational budget program and a cash management program that increased cash affability and generated $30,000 in annual cost savings. In 1992, they became the Vice President and COO of Backyards for Kids, a specialty toy and playground equipment company.

In 1997, Bruce Graham became an EMT and Paramedic for American Medical Response, where they were the initial point of healthcare service at the scene of emergency situations. Two years later, they joined Medcor Workplace Health Management as a Medical Administrator, where they played a key role in reducing a $1.8M workers compensation budget to just over $400K within 3 years.

In 2013, Bruce Graham became the Vice President of the Ohio EMS Chief's Association, where they provided leadership to career and volunteer chiefs, chief officers and managers of emergency medical service organizations throughout the Ohio EMS community. From 2014 to present, they have held multiple roles at Beyond Lucid Technologies, including Director of Operations and Partner - Client Development Team Manager. Bruce has also been an independent Sales Representative for Beyond Lucid Technologies' MEDIVIEW\u2122.

From 1996 to 2014, Bruce Graham was the EMS Director and Operations Manager at Hudson Emergency Medical Services. In this role, they were accountable for strategic and administrative leadership over EMS group servicing 25 square miles and over 1500 emergency calls per year. Bruce also implemented a new inventory system to manage assets and ambulance supplies and improved reporting procedures and software programs to ensure the organization\u2019s compliance with state and NEMSIS reporting guidelines.

Bruce Graham has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Speech Communications Arts from Monmouth College, obtained in 1980. Bruce also completed graduate coursework in Telecommunications at Michigan State University in 1980. Bruce has obtained numerous certifications, including IS-800.b National Response Framswork, An Introduction from FEMA in 2011, IS-200.a ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents from FEMA in 2008, IS-100 Introduction to the Incident Command System from FEMA in 2008, IS-700 National Incident Management System (NIMS), An Introduction from FEMA in 2006, E.V.D.T. "Train the Trainer" from VFIS of Ohio in 2003, EMPACT Instructor from San Francisco Paramedic Association (SFPA) in 2013, EMPACT Provider Course from San Francisco Paramedic Association (SFPA) in 2013, ITLS Provider from International Trauma Life Support - Ohio Chapter in 2014, Paramedic from National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) in 2014, Paramedic from Ohio Department of Public Safety Division of EMS in 2013, Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2014, Advance Cardiac Life Support from American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2013, Fire Fighter I from Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of EMS in 2004, and Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) from International Academies of Emergency Dispatch in 2004.
