Korey Schaffer, MBA, is an accomplished professional in food safety and quality management with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Food Safety and Quality at Beyond Meat since November 2025, Korey has previously held key positions including Quality Assurance Manager at TreeHouse Foods from August 2019 to November 2025, Blommer Chocolate Company in 2018, and DeMet's Candy Company from 2015 to 2018. Earlier roles include QA Manager at SunOpta from August 2012 to January 2015 and a long tenure at DeMet's Candy Company from 2005 to 2012. Korey holds an MBA in Food and Agribusiness from Delaware Valley University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology.
