Andrea Sharp has extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Grimmway Farms since September 2009, overseeing operations across four manufacturing facilities. Prior to this role, Andrea held multiple positions at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream from March 2002 to September 2009, including Product Scientist and Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included new product development and managing HACCP-based food safety systems. Additionally, Andrea began a career at General Mills as a Production Team Leader in a cereal processing facility. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
