Laura Noordraven is a Senior Scientist at Beyond Meat, with previous roles as an Innovation Scientist at KU Leuven and intern at Nestlé. Laura holds a Master's degree in European Master in Food Studies from Wageningen University & Research, Lund University, AgroParisTech, and University College Cork. Prior to their career in the food industry, Laura was a dedicated lacrosse player for WDNT Jong Oranje Lacrosse.
