Kaustuv Bose is a Senior Scientist at Mondelēz International since May 2019, leading the formulation of digital strategies for global chocolate technology platforms and driving growth initiatives for brands like Milka and Cadbury Dairy Milk. Notable accomplishments include the development of RPA-based data integrity systems and a strategic foresight engine to future-proof the chocolate business. Previously, Kaustuv served as Team Leader for Quality Assurance at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, leading a water sustainability team and enhancing operational efficiency in syrup production and water treatment processes. Kaustuv's experience also includes roles in chocolate production and digital growth initiatives, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
