Mina Hajian

Mina Hajian is an accomplished Food Scientist with extensive experience in product development, research, and stakeholder management within the food industry. Currently serving as a Product Developer in R&D at Beyond Meat since May 2023, Mina focuses on food product development and collaborates with teams across UCAN and EMEA. Previously, Mina held the position of Company Manager and Board Member at Parin Food Manufacturing Co. Ltd., contributing to the growth of the company into a leading competitor in the Persian-speaking market. Mina's earlier roles included Product Developer at Parin Food Manufacturing Co., where responsibilities included recipe adjustments and product safety. Additionally, experience includes hands-on research as a Project Assistant at Lund University and thesis work on plant-based protein beverages at Danone Nordics. Mina holds a Master's degree in Food Technology and Nutrition from Lund University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from Azad University.
