Seth Shaffer

Seth Shaffer is an experienced sales and merchandising leader in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director and Head of Field Sales & Merchandising for North America at Beyond Meat since July 2023. Prior to this role, Seth held the position of VP of DSD and Field Sales at RIOT Energy from June 2021 to July 2023. Seth's earlier roles include Sr. Director of DSD Sales-West at Brew Dr. Kombucha (March 2018 - June 2021), Division Vice President-West at Venturing and Emerging Brands of The Coca-Cola Company (November 2013 - March 2018), West Division Manager for Honest Tea/Illy Issimo (April 2012 - November 2013), and National Account Manager at Honest Tea from August 2008 to March 2012. Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Theatre Arts from Heidelberg University, where Seth studied from 1984 to 1988.
