Clinton Luu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Clinton started their career at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Guest Service Agent and later became a Guest Relations Executive, where they facilitated VIP guests and managed their preferences. Clinton then transitioned to the role of Assistant Conference Services Manager, overseeing corporate and social events, recording client information, and managing vendor relationships.

In 2018, Clinton joined Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Conference Services Manager, where they continued to handle event management and client relationships.
