Taylor McManus

Taylor McManus is the Director of Customer Experience at Beyond, where they were the first CX hire and built the Customer Journey from first contracted customer to 25M+ in Revenue. Prior to this role, Taylor held positions such as Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at Demandforce, a Customer Success Manager at Intuit, and a Client Services Representative at Demandforce. Taylor also worked as an Employee Benefits Advisor at BayPoint Benefits and co-founded Lloyd Greif Apparel while attending school. Additionally, they have internship experience as a Sales Development Intern at BetterWorks and as a Managerial Accounting Assistant at Boehm Heating Inc.
