Samantha Higdon

Samantha Higdon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. In 2007 and 2008, they held internships at nFusion and Slingshot, LLC. In 2008 and 2011, they were a Development Associate at the Breast Cancer Resource Centers of Texas. In 2009, they worked as a Development Associate at the United Way for Greater Austin and a Front Desk Operations at the United States Department of Defense. In 2015, they were a Salesforce Platform Manager at Meals on Wheels Central Texas. In 2016, they were a Senior Platform Administrator at Accion. Finally, from 2017 to the present, they have held the roles of Vice President of Salesforce Nonprofit Practice, Team Lead of Solution Consulting, and Solution Architect at beyond the horizon technology.

Samantha Higdon obtained their BS in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin between 2005 and 2009. In 2012, they obtained a Patient Navigation certification from the Harold P. Freeman Patient Navigation Institute. In 2014, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from salesforce.com. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from BeardedEagle and a Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce. In 2022, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification from Salesforce.
