Francis Skeat

Francis Skeat is an experienced professional in the retail food and beverage and catering industries, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Beyond The Plate since November 2021. Prior to this role, Francis held the position of Commercial Division Manager (F&B) at Al Tayer Group from January 2011 to November 2021, overseeing operations, commercial initiatives, and brand management across the UAE. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Caffè Nero as Head of Operations, Costa Coffee as Operations Manager, and Emirates Leisure Retail as General Manager at notable locations. Francis holds a degree in Business Studies from London Metropolitan University, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and completed education at Godalming College from 1995 to 1998.
