Heidi Lee is an accomplished leader in sustainability and housing, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Beyond Zero Emissions since October 2018, where past roles included Interim Chief Operations Officer and Business & Industry Lead. With a strong background in the housing sector demonstrated through membership on the Board of Directors at Common Equity Housing Ltd from November 2015 to November 2023, Heidi oversaw a portfolio of over 2200 properties valued at more than $1 billion. Previous leadership roles also include Chairperson at CoHousing Australia and Associate at DesignInc Melbourne, showcasing expertise in strategic projects, design, and community-focused initiatives. Heidi has participated in various roles related to environmental sustainability and housing models in Australia throughout a career reflecting a commitment to innovative and ecologically sustainable solutions, supported by educational qualifications in architecture, cooperative development, and facilitation.
