Rodrigo Luiz Prado Bernardi Martins has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rodrigo Luiz began their career in 2000 at Embraer as an IT Analyst, where they worked until 2007. Rodrigo Luiz then joined Processware as a Consultant, holding that position for five years. In 2012, they became an IT Manager at Rocket Internet GmbH, a position they held until 2014. Rodrigo then moved to Mobly, taking on the role of IT Director from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they co-founded Vaipe, a company focused on employee loyalty and satisfaction monitoring, where they served as Co-founder and CTO until 2017. Currently, Rodrigo is associated with BEYOUNG, starting in 2017 as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In 2018, they also took on the role of Director of Operations and Information Technology (IT) at BEYOUNG. With a continuous focus on technology and leadership, Rodrigo has demonstrated their expertise in various positions throughout their career.

Rodrigo Luiz began their educational journey in 1996 and completed their bachelor's degree in Information Technology specializing in System Analysis from the Universidade São Francisco in 1999. After a gap of several years, Rodrigo returned to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. From 2015 to 2017, they studied Gestão Estratégica e Econômica de Negócios, focusing on strategic management and business economics. Rodrigo's thirst for knowledge led him to pursue further education, and from 2020 to 2022, they completed another MBA program at FGV in the field of Business Analytics e Big Data.
