Kim Reyes

Kim Reyes has extensive work experience in talent management and performance management. Kim currently serves as the Talent Management Director at Bezos Academy, a non-profit foundation that operates a network of Montessori-inspired schools for underserved children. In this role, they lead the development and coaching of employees, as well as the implementation of innovative technology and resources to drive performance. Prior to their current position, Kim held the role of SVP Performance & Talent Management Leader at Wells Fargo for over two decades.
