Salma Habib Nkusi

Salma Habib Nkusi is a seasoned business consultant and CEO with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership development. Currently serving as a Business Consultant at BFA Global since September 2022, Nkusi contributes to the Jobtech Alliance, focusing on inclusive job technology in Africa. Prior to this role, Nkusi was the CEO of Gate Consulting Group from January 2019, emphasizing leadership skills and values. Nkusi's experience also includes a position as Project Lead at BFA Global for the iHuzo project, and as Director of Business Services at Kigali International Community School. Additionally, a tenure at MTN Rwanda involved various roles, culminating in Senior Manager of Business Development and Products Management. Nkusi holds a Master's Degree in Communication Management from Coventry University - KIST and a degree from the Adventist University of Central Africa.
