Mario Gustato

Mario Gustato serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at BFF TechLab SRL and BFF Immobiliare Srl since October 2022 and February 2022, respectively. As Vice President, Group General Counsel & Business Legal Affairs at BFF Banking Group since September 2016, Mario also holds various roles including member of the Internal Control Board and Director of Group Compliance & AML. Previous experience includes leading legal and compliance efforts at Banca Leonardo and serving as a Legal Senior Manager at PwC Tax & Legal Services. Mario has a solid foundation in banking law, compliance, corporate governance, and M&A, alongside extensive experience in financial regulation. Educational background includes a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università di Pavia and ongoing PhD studies at University of Rome Tor Vergata, focusing on control functions in banking firms.
