Bailey Pudenz has over a decade of experience in the food science industry, currently serving as a Food Scientist at B&G Foods Inc. since November 2015. Prior to this role, Bailey held various positions at Eurofins Nutritional Analysis Center, including Project Manager for Human Food and Nutrition and Client Services Representative from December 2011 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Microbiology Lab Technician at Minnesota Valley Testing Laboratory and as a Teaching Assistant for Food Ingredients and Interactions at Iowa State University. Bailey started in the industry as a QA Lab Intern at JBS and has also contributed as a Lab Assistant and Sensory Panel Participant at Iowa State University. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Food Science from Iowa State University in 2011.
